The Faces Project

The Faces project was stared by local artist, Christine Ilewski, to raise awareness regarding gun violence. Christine began painting portraits of children who have died of gun violence and she donates her portraits to the victim's family. These powerful portraits will be exhibited at the Vaughn Cultural Center Friday, April 19th, from 5 to 9pm. Christine will speak about her project at 6:15, followed by poetry readings.
