MULTIPLE CHOICE: a showcase of six Midwest artists, opening May 31st at Grafica Contemporary Fine Art.

Opening Reception - May 31 from 6 to 9 p.m.
Closing Reception - June 28 from 6 to 9 p.m.

The members of Art Group 360 will exhibit all new work featuring each artist’s unique theme in a grouping of small works done in a square format specifically for this show. It will also feature a portfolio of giclée prints of selected works by each artist. Art Group 360 includes works by artists -- John Dean, Marie Donato, Janet Fons, Steve Morris, Lisa Ober and Linda Smith – in landscapes,
figures, still lifes, urban scapes, and botanicals.

Dean’s Sections series depicts the essence of the rural landscape seen from the edge of the road.
Donato surprises with stunning details and textures drawn in graphite and charcoal. Fons’ Reflections series inspire us to walk through nature with fresh eyes. Morris’ stylized watercolors capture the radiance and variety of nature’s glorious chrysanthemums. Ober’s painterly works offer close-up images of the tools of her trade with startling clarity. Smith’s figures offer slices of our urban land-scape revealing moods of everyday life.
