The December exhibit in THE GALLERY of the University City Public Library entitled “Strata” features abstract oil paintings representing the aesthetics of nature by Melanie Terry. A reception will be held on Friday, December 2, 2011, 6 – 8 pm in THE GALLERY. The work is on display December 2 - 29 and may be viewed during normal library hours, Monday – Friday, 9 am – 9 pm; Saturday, 9 am – 5 pm; and Sunday, 1 -5 pm. The library will be closed December 25 & 26 for the Christmas holiday.
