Installations created by the 2009 winners of the first Economic Stimulus Projects, sponsored by Critical Mass for the Visual Arts, a nonprofit organization that promotes contemporary art in the St. Louis area. These commissions, determined by jurors Terry Suhre, Shannon Fitzgerald and Dana Turkovic, recognize promising artists by providing an honorarium and an opportunity to exhibit their work at the Gallery at the Regional Arts Commission (RAC). Regular gallery hours are Mon. thru Fri., 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., Sat. & Sun., noon to 5 p.m.
