Mr. Cartwright will give a talk about his work on Friday, 6 November,
at noon in Sverdrup 101 (east wing of 8300 Big Bend.)

Gunther Cartwright is all about seeing color and form in the industrial world that most people rarely notice. His use of brilliant color and formal geometry opens a world of beauty rarely attributed to heavy industry and its objects and landscape. These unpopulated views are strangely inviting, oddly compelling, and always surprising.
