Third Degree East Gallery: Friday, 18 January 2008

January 18, 6 - 10 p.m., Third Degree East Gallery presents /Veiled Landscapes, /oil paintings and ink drawings that explore rhythm and cycles of a changing landscape by *Mike Pagano*. This show marks a distinctly different approach, a return to the fixed image, which Pagano has not displayed since 2004's New Art Journalism Exhibit./ /Also on exhibit is a cheeky display of sculpted solid glass animals by *Robin Rogers*. Rogers will provide a glass sculpting demo beginning at 8 p.m. in the Hot Shop. Both exhibits on view through February 12.

Come in from the cold. January's Third Friday will warm your heart and your toes. See glass blowing and flameworking demonstrations. Fire performance by *Pandora's Matchbox* begins at 9 p.m. We turn up the heat with a Brazilian beat when *Valerie Tichacek Trio* begins to samba at 7 p.m. Foodie Sponsor: *Butler's Pantry* -- One of Missouri's finest!
