Varsity Art XXI

March 3-30, 2017    

Please join Art Saint Louis for our new exhibit, "Varsity Art XXI," our 21st annual invitational exhibition featuring 40 outstanding undergrad & graduate level art students representing 20 St. Louis regional universities and colleges from Missouri & Illinois.

The exhibit is presented March 3-30, 2017 and is free and open to the public. A free opening reception will be held next Friday evening, March 3, 6-8 p.m. 

"Varsity Art XXI" is a multi-media exhibit that will feature 40 artworks in a variety of media including ceramics, digital imaging, drawings, graphic design, mixed media, painting, photography, printmaking, sculpture, video, and more. You can get a sneak peek of the exhibit in our Facebook album here with images of all 40 featured works and highlights from the recent exhibit install. After the show opens on March 3, we'll post highlights from the reception, too.

One of the interesting features of this exhibit is the opportunity for Gallery visitors to Meet the Artists through our unique Artist Interview Videos introducing guests to each of our participating artists. This year's videos will be presented on a special monitor in the Gallery dedicated specifically for the artist videos. The videos are also posted on the Art Saint Louis YouTube Channel.
