HEARding Cats Collective presents the world premiere of Original Self, a new video work by Van McElwee, accompanied by live music. Three separate musical ensembles will interpret the fifteen-minute video in three different ways. "We recorded a parade of marchers with ten cameras:' McElwee says, "so that in editing I could create a procession that branches into multiple versions of itself, into clouds of variation:'
