Louis Kelly, Carol Shapiro, Barb Steps, and Linda Yust are four photographers who complement each other’s work and enjoy each other’s individual strengths.

Kelly’s photographs range from evocative black and white seascapes to intense colorful close-ups of flowers. He explains that “Photography chose me, consumed me, overwhelmed me and set me on a visionary journey” which began in 1993 when he was taking photographs of construction progress for MetroLink. From mountains at twilight to a private courtyard overflowing with green plants and bright flowers, Shapiro’s photos can be profound and humorous at the same time. Steps photographs her travels with a deft hand. “In my photographs” she explains, “I share with others the little moments that, when captured, compose life.” Photography has been Yust’s passion for more than 20 years. An avid nature buff all her life, her favorite subjects include small animals, birds, flowers and rural scenes. Travel photography later became a large part of her portfolio.
