In 1987, as recognized by the U.S. Congress, our industry started celebrating May as National Photo Month (NPM), a full 31 days to promote the joy and benefits of photography. The Soulard Art Market is recognizing NPM by exhibiting the photography of selected local Saint Louis area photographers.
