The Craft Alliance Biennial Faculty Exhibition:
Invitational Exhibit Featuring Talented Artist Faculty Members
Public Opening Reception Friday, July 13 6pm - 8pm

This summer, Craft Alliance turns its focus to some of the most talented craft artists working today: its own faculty members. The Craft Alliance Biennial Faculty Exhibition is a collection of work that showcases the expertise and vision of Craft Alliance’s nationally recognized and collected artists. This exhibition consists of work from local and regional artists who have taught a class or workshop at Craft Alliance during the past two years.
This exhibit can inspire students of all ages to take a class and develop their own master craft. In addition to the thirty-eight faculty exhibiting, the winners of the Biennial Juried Student Exhibition from 2006 will also be included in the show: Anukriti Sud Hittle, Glen Bartholomew, Joel Price, Aaron Prahlow, Wendy Finger, and Julie Moschenross.
The Biennial Faculty Exhibition will be on display July 13 through August 26, 2007at Craft Alliance. Daily gallery hours are Tuesday through Thursday 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., Friday and Saturday 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., and Sunday 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Admission to the opening and exhibition is free.
Opening concurrently on July 13 through August 26 in the Charak Gallery at Craft Alliance, are the works from local artist Trudy Marshall, an exhibition of sculpture from both metal and glass.
