This year, 2017, William Lacy Clay, Member of Congress representing Missouri's First District, will support the Congressional Art Competition. He is proud to offer this opportunity to aspiring artists in his district by hosting the 17th Annual Congressional Art Competition.

Each Spring, a nation-wide high school arts competition is sponsored by the Members of the U.S. House of Representatives. The Congressional Art Competition, An Artistic Discovery, is an opportunity to recognize and encourage the artistic talent in the nation, as well as in each congressional district. Congressman Clay encouraged aspiring young artists who live in Missouri's First District to participate in this contest.

Parking for the opening is available in the Canisius Lot of Saint Louis University and on the surrounding streets.

The exhibit may be viewed Wednesday-Sunday, 11am-4pm.
