Michael Frank: “Fantasy Nature”

Michael is extending his popular “Bird in Paradise” and “Undersea Creature” series of paintings, which concentrate on the often overlooked small creatures of the wild. He is also introducing two new series; First: “Jungle Harmony” depicting harmonious life styles of large and small wildlife in a jungle paradise. Second: “Romantique” series, which portrays romantic companionships of small creatures in their beautiful natural settings. Each series will most likely transfer the viewer into a warm & joyful mood.

Michael considers himself a representational luminous painter of landscapes and seascapes. He usually starts with the grisaille method of painting, with a monotone painting over a white or bright yellow canvas. Then he adds layer upon layer of colored glazes for a glowing effect.

Larry Frederic: Luminaria

Luminaria is the showcase for the Steam punk lamp creations of Larry Frederick. This show provides a rare opportunity to select from a wide range of visual designs with unique functionality. All the lamps from Larry’s previous show are gracing the homes and offices of art patrons across the country. Please be our guests and enjoy Luminaria.

The lamps are made totally created from recycled parts or new old-stock parts. The original designs were created to reflect the past and to illuminate the future. The lamps are not just art, but components integrated structurally to form a cohesive functional system that provides mechanical integrity, illumination and manages heat.
