The November exhibit in THE GALLERY of the University City Public Library (6701 Delmar Blvd, 63130) entitled “Cuba: Politics & People” features photographs of rural Cuba by local artist Deborah Weinstein sharing her fascination of the country and its history. A reception will be held on Friday, November 2, 2012, 6 - 8 pm in THE GALLERY. The work is on display November 2 – 29 and may be viewed during normal library hours, Monday – Friday, 9 am – 9 pm; Saturday, 9 am – 5 pm; and Sunday, 1 -5 pm.  The library will be closed November 22 and 23 for the Thanksgiving holidays.
