Apparition, an exhibit of new work by Amy Reidel.

Apparition will be on view from September 8th through October 20th, 2012 at SPACE Architectural Design Studio in St. Louis.

Please join us for the opening reception on Saturday, September 8th, from 6-8 p.m.

Employing digital radar imagery, geologic forms, and pop and religious iconography, Amy Reidel's work investigates issues relating to the inescapable human condition. From a self-made tornado-warning siren to mock stained glass, the works in Apparition portray a struggle with various existential themes including life and death, meaning and absurdity, and reason and religion.
