This year's 16th annual multi-media exhibition features 74 original artworks by 38 St. Louis regional artists from Missouri & Illinois. "Varsity Art XVI" features works in all media, including ceramics, collage, digital media, drawing, mixed media, painting, photography, printmaking, sculpture, textiles, and more.

The artists whose works are presented in this exhibit are all undergraduate & graduate level art students representing 20 regional colleges & universities. For this annual exhibit, Art Saint Louis works with the art professors to invite one or two outstanding art students to represent their institution and exhibit their work at the Art Saint Louis Gallery.

MEET THE ARTISTS SATURDAYS
During this exhibition, Art Saint Louis is hosting free Meet the Artists Saturdays wherein featured artists from this exhibition will be on-hand in the Gallery to greet visitors & discuss their works in the show. In addition, some of the artists may present a demo of the work & techniques. These very casual & unstructured events are free & open to the public.

The Art Saint Louis Gallery is free & open to the public March 9 through March 29 with regular Gallery hours Monday 10 a.m.-4 p.m., Tuesday-Friday 10 a.m.-5 p.m. and Saturday 10 a.m.-4 p.m. Closed Sundays & holidays.
