artmart studios: Friday, 10 june 2011
Recent Webster BFA graduate Kate King breaks onto the scene this Friday June 10th 6-10pm with her first solo exhibit at artmart studios located at 2335 S. Hanley Rd (right next to artmart.)
Kate directly explores her mothers vices and comments on the complications of a strict catholic upbringing with the use of outragous mediums like bacon, butter and grease. Works also include, fabric work, painting, instulation and more.
Please come out and support Kate on her first solo show and eat some deliscious bacon goodies, and drink some free wine! We will also be handing out free "Luscious" posters.
