JULY 18 THIRD FRIDAY FROM 6 - 10 P.M
Switchback Glass by Aaron Quigley. Quigley became glass-addicted in 2003 when he started blowing at Third Degree. Enabled by workshops and classes at Pilchuck Glass School and Corning Glass Museum, he became a Third Degree instructor and artist. He's refining a technique to twist canes of glass to create wavy patterns of color. Left, see detail of plate.
Also on view...Mixed-Media Prints by Dale Shannon. With ink, brush painting, and photography, Shannon creates work with a beautiful ethereal quality that entices you to dream. See Junk in Field, right.
