Fall exhibitions open September 11


Public Reception: 7:00–9:00 pm

Join CAM in celebrating the opening of fall exhibitions, which feature major surveys by acclaimed artists Hurvin Anderson and Sheila Hicks, as well as the first solo museum exhibition by innovative, emerging artist Wyatt Kahn. 

Take the art shuttle! A free shuttle will run between the Kemper Art Museum and CAM, Bruno David Gallery, and the Pulitzer Arts Foundation on Friday evening, 7:00–9:00 pm.

Washington Avenue will be closed beginning at 6:00 am on Friday until midnight, from Grand to the KDHX Building. You will still be able to access the parking lots behind Third Baptist from the east. 

Artist Talk: Hurvin Anderson

Following opening night, CAM presents an artist talk with exhibiting artist Hurvin Anderson. Anderson will be joined by Chief Curator Jeffrey Uslip for a conversation about the artist’s practice and his work on view. Learn more about Hurvin Anderson: Backdrop, on view September 11–December 27, 2015!
