ABOUT THE EXHIBIT
"Art St. Louis XXVIII, The Exhibition" is a multi-media juried exhibition that features new artworks by 67 St. Louis regional artists from Missouri and Illinois. Our 28th annual "Exhibition" is an all styles, all themes, all techniques and all media exhibit.
ABOUT OUR JUROR
This year's exhibit was juried by Richard V. West. Mr. West is an art historian, curator, author and Director Emeritus of the Frye Art Museum in Seattle, WA. Over his career, he has curated exhibits that reveal his interest in both the fine arts & popular culture-exhibitions ranging from "Munich and American Realism in the Nineteenth Century" (1978) to "Children of the Yellow Kid: The Evolution of the American Comic Strip" (1998).
