Those Who Dream by Night opens March 11 with Cindy Burkholder

Framations Art Gallery presents "Those Who Dream by Night", a juried exhibit of artwork focusing on themed work. The exhibit will be on display March 11 - April 21, 2011. "Those Who Dream by Night" is a walk-in, juried exhibition referring to work based on dreams, fantasy, and other abstract ideas that distort reality. The theme is also open to interpretation. Opening Reception March 11, 6-8 pm

The exhibit is juried by Brian Smith, currently represented by Duane Reed Gallery in St. Louis.

Coinciding with this juried exhibit will be a solo exhibition of mixed media work by Cindy Banes-Burkholder. Cindy has been drawing and creating throughout her life. Art Journaling has been a great medium for Cindy to lay down the colors of her soul daily. This exhibit includes a variety of Mixed Media work, including acrylic, watercolors and pen and ink.

The Opening Reception for these exhibitions will be Friday, March 11, from 6-8pm with awards at 7 pm. Both the reception and the exhibit are free to attend. The exhibits will run through April 21, 2011.
