Join Art Saint Louis for a free opening reception tonight, Saturday, August 9, 2008, from 6 to 8 p.m. for our new exhibit, "America the Beautiful and Beyond."

This show is our second in our New Gallery at 555 Washington Avenue, #150 in downtown St. Louis (on Washington between Broadway and 6th). Hop on MetroLink and disembark at the Convention Center Station at 6th & Washington and you are 1/2 block from Art Saint Louis.

"America the Beautiful and Beyond" features works by 44 St. Louis regional artists from Missouri and Illinois. Works in all styles & media are featured and focus on the good, bad & the ugly sides of life in America--from landscapes, industry and farming to pop culture, homelessness, war, patriotism, and bigotry--it's all there. This exhibit is on view through October 9. Regular Gallery hours are Monday-Friday 10 a.m.-5 p.m. & Saturday 10 a.m.-4 p.m. The Gallery is closed during the day today, August 9.
